4 avocados, halved and scooped out

Lime juice, 2 limes worth

Sea salt, to taste

1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped

1 serrano pepper

1/2 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic

  1. Mash avocado in large bowl.
  2. Add other ingredients, and mix.
  3. Season to taste, garnish with lime wedges and cilantro leaves.

Pico De Gallo

1.5 pounds chopped plum tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

2 diced serrano pepper

2 t sea salt

1 t ground pepper

juice of 2 limes

2/3 cup chopped yellow onion

3/4 cup diced mango

  1. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
